Oscar Loya currently holds the position of Sr. Product Manager, Cloud Storage and ECM for Ricoh’s Technology Marketing Division. With a
primary focus on cloud storage and enterprise document management,
Oscar is responsible for managing vendor relationships with EMC as well
as other software and data center vendors. Oscar started his
career with Ricoh in 1985 and has held several regional and national
management positions in Field Service, System and Solutions Sales, New
Business Development, Global Sales as well as Solutions Marketing.
Oscar
has led multiple national software sales and support teams with a
strong focus on National and Global customers along with business
development initiatives with partners such as IBM. In addition,
Oscar has acted as a keynote speaker at several national Ricoh and
partner events as well as the Association for Information and Image
Management (AIIM). Oscar is also a member of Ricoh’s exclusive
Ambassador Program leadership team. This role is responsible for driving
and deploying specific CEO sponsored initiatives to executive
management and all field offices.
David Frank
EMC Staff Systems Engineer
Pre-sales ApplicationXtender – Channel Partners
David Frank
has been associated with the ApplicationXtender ECM suite since
1994. In the 1990’s David worked for a National K-12 company as a
partner of OTG’s, the creators of the AX suite of products. David
presented AX to K-12 school districts across the nation in a sales
capacity. When a district purchased, he then installed and
configured the solution onsite, trained the administrative staff, and
did corresponding end-user training. At the end of the 90’s David
had done over 90 school district installations.
In
1999, David went to work directly for OTG as a pre and post sales
engineer. When Legato acquired OTG David’s focus became 100%
pre-sales oriented and AX became a channel-only product. EMC
acquired Legato in 2004 and today David has over 15 years of partner
focused experience and is dedicated to the AX product and channel
partners.
David is the senior member of the AX presales Systems Engineering team.
Frank Elchert
Sr. Product Manager, Advanced Capture

Frank Elchert currently holds the position of Sr. Product Manager, Advanced Capture for Ricoh’s Technology Marketing Division. With a
primary focus on advanced capture and distribution products. Frank is
responsible for managing vendor/product relationships with EMC, Nuance
and Gravic and launched Ricoh’s Personal Paperless Document Manager
(PPDM) which recently won the BLI Award for top desktop management
software and is the creator of the physical keyboard and bracket
assemblies on all Ricoh MFP’s. Frank started his career with Ricoh
in 2000 and has held positions in Area Operations Mgt, Project
Management and Product Management.
Frank
has a M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
and is a published author of two business books. He spent nearly 15
years as an entrepreneur prior to joining Ricoh.
